"The power went out during our stay and the hotel refused to refund us despite there being no lift and it being on the 11th floor and there being no power the lift didn’t work (I had a 2 year old baby). I think this is a common issue with the hotel."

"It was such a great experience! Very clean, comfortable with modern design. Location was amazing! Apartment located in center of City , but on very quiet street with park view.
