The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!"

"I need pay extra fee, after pay my stay. The elevator is broken , my room is in 4th floor, I need use the stairs. The phone in my room no working, when I need something I need going down stair all the time"
