"There was no reception desk or anyone to ask about my room. The towels were stained and weren’t white but yellowed, there was a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom, the fridge was leaking water and was full of condensation, and the carpet was dirty in the corners. Did I mention there was NO hot water when I went to wash my hands and then have a shower? Well, there wasn’t. Cold shower to end my day. I contacted the property directly to ask about compensation for the terrible conditions....

"Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteten angenehm ausreichend großem Bad. Ein super Frühstück und immer rechtzeitig und umfassend aufgefültem Buffet. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir viel mit den Rädern unterwegs waren haben wir am Abendessen , das in Buffetform angeboten wird nicht teilgenommen. Die im Hotel angebotenen Masageanwendungen haben wir auch nicht henutzt, also keine Bewertung möglich. Insgesammt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für Mielon an der polnischen...

"Wir waren in der Nebensaison für 4 Nächte eingebucht. Es war nicht viel los im Hotel, was uns sehr gelegen kam. Allerdings kann man in der Nebensaison nicht erwarten, dass man wirklich alle Angebote des Hotels nutzen kann. Aber abgesehen davon, hat es mir sehr gut gefallen."

"The hotel and its location was really nice. Very close to the beach and you can carry your beach loungers from the hotel to the beach. My biggest issue is with the front desk. Very poor when it comes to being friendly and helpful. For a hotel reception, my recommendation is for the staff to be trained to be polite, nice and helpful."

"Leider gibt es in der Unterkunft kein Deutsches Fernsehen und auch kein Radio. Wir hatten leider eine Badewanne die sehr rutschig war und somit das ein und aussteigen erschwere. Das Personal spricht wenig Deutsch und einige noch nicht einmal Englisch. Wir hatten ein Apartment und haben uns selbst versorgt die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Das schöne ist die Strandnähe und die ruhige Lage."

"Die Unterkunft an sich ist solide, leider wird sie jedoch falsch beworben. Der Pool ist ironischerweise “saisonalbedingt” vom 01.01-31.12 geschlossen. Das Fruhstuck, welches gemäß Inserat täglich serviert wird, ist nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Eine Nutzung des Fitnessstudios kostet 20€ pro Person"
