"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. "No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"
