"Location was amazing, opposite a quiet beach, with rock wallabies and a ship wreck to snorkel in Geoffrey bay, and 400m up the road one of the best swimming beaches on the island in Alma bay. Tiny little pool was still used quite a bit, but a couple of houses up the road was Arcadia village With a lagoon pool available for a more resort style pool experience (at the cost of a couple of drinks from the bar of you fancy)."

"Lovely cottage just a few minutes walk to beach, shops and pub. Beautiful bush surrounds with lots of native bird life and even the occasional rock wallaby. We absolutely loved it. Only downside was that the mattress on the double bed in one of the rooms was not very comfortable. The other one was fine, and the bunk beds were good too. "

"We love staying at The Aquarius. The upper floor rooms have an amazing view of the sea and Magnetic Island. The rooms are comfortable, have kitchenette facilities snd the property is a short walk to all of the bars and restaurants in town. This is our go to place for accommodation in Townsville. Very happy to recommend. "
