"Checked in asked the counter when checking in if we got the best room she said no but your getting what your getting. Room was worn badly pillows on sofa old and dirty. I felt like I the interior furniture had never been replaced since they opened. Tables legs ready to fall off. Ice maker in fridge did not work. No paper towels. No shampoos in room. Parking is in a garage across the street, so tight, and good luck getting on the elevators during check out time, or pulling your car up to load it while checking out."
