"The hotel itself is lovely, every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome — from Lee greeting me at the front desk to Tara and another woman whose name I didn’t get giving me advice on parks to which I could take my dog. They have complementary breakfast, a popcorn, machine, and cookies at night. Oh, and the room was spacious with a bathtub! And if it matters to you, as part of the same parking lot, there is a Planet Fitness and Perkins. I have stayed here before and I will stay here every time I visit Altoona."

"I had a great stay here. The room was big and clean, breakfast was good and the service was great. But most importantly, the hospitality was extraordinary. The staff was so warm and welcoming. They helped me bottom up the back of my dress, look for my phone battery and even helped me clean the snow off of my car. I couldn't have picked a better place and I will definitely stay here again."
