This hotel was truly spectacular. We had the infinity suite so the whole top floor was ours. The staff were very friendly.

First of all, you will never be more welcomed in any other place in the world like you are welcomed at the Leonidaion. Damianos is the best ambassador to his city and to his hotel. He is a great host and a fantastic bartender. The hotel is perfect for what we needed in Olympia. It was super clean, close to shopping and amazing restaurants and an every short walk to the ancient Olympic site. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great host, great location. In November Olympia is very quiet, which is a good thing! Leave your car and walk. Restaurants that are open are very welcoming and the food is great.

The owner of this hotel is awesome! He's very attentive to your needs and a great conversationalist. He made me a cocktail and chatted. Great personalized attention you won't get at most hotels. Also, easy parking and you can walk to the Olympic site.

The first floor bar / breakfast area is nicely decorated. Continental breakfast was good. Also had boiled eggs. Typical European bedroom and bathroom. Located next to police station that was very quiet. Lots of restaurants in town with one a few doors down. Not located on the Main Street and close to The ancient Olympic area. Park in front of the hotel.

We stayed with 3 adults and had the rooftop suite. There were 2 rooms separated by the bathroom. We didn't use it, but the room had a small stove, fridge and everythimg you would need to cook a meal. The owner/manager was wonderful, recommending a restaurant 2 doors down for dinner. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, the host is amazing, and extremely helpful. Only issue is the street noise. Would stay there again and would recommend.

Charming hotel
I got a very large double room for single use with balcony. It was comfortable, clean and the owners/manager was very helpful. It is right in the centre of town and a 10 minute walk from the ancient ruins. Private parking and nice breakfast.

Go for it!
Amazing top floor family appartment with a very large terrace and splendid views. Modern, airy, spotless with a very friendly owner/manager. Breakfast was very good. Own parking just outside and you can walk to the Olympia Ancient site in 10 minutes through a charming path

Great 3* hotel
Lovely hotel and fabulous host. Damian the owner was really friendly and gave using great tips for visiting the ruins and places to eat. Convenient for walking to the ruins and had parking right outfrobt We stayed in the junior suite which was basically the whole of the roof area with great views. Very clean, had everything we needed, not very soundproof so could hear traffic noise although it much traffic but there were dogs barking from time to time would recommend ear plugs at night if you’re a light sleeper. Great 3* hotel

The host was absolutely wonderful. The place is small and cute, and very centrally located. It comes with parking! I’d definitely stay again. It was very reasonably priced.

Loved this guesthouse! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. I told him I would be seeing the ruins the next day and he suggested I leave my car parked in front of the hotel and walk to the site. So glad I did! Was able to leave my belongings in the car as it’s right next to the police station. The site was just a brief walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was SO comfy. I just melted into it after such a long drive! Had a delicious breakfast the next morning! If you are planning a stop in Olympia, stay here. You won’t regret it! Price is great, especially for what you get!

What a gem!!!
This hotel was full of surprises! We stayed in the Penthouse, at the top of the hotel. We were not expecting much, as the price was extremely reasonable. Under $100 a night!! When he showed us our room, we could not believe not believe what we had! A huge deck that looked out over the town, with a double hammock for 2, a dining table and chairs, and 2 sunbeds. The room was spacious with a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a very comfortable bed. There was also a living room section with beautiful furniture. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, and could charge 3 times what he is charging for this room! We will definitely stay here again. In addition, you are only a 5 minute walk from the ancient grounds of Olympia, and the fantastic little museum of Archimedes. Well worth the visit!

Les photos vendent du rêve. La chambre ressemble à une cellule de prison. Nous avions pris vue ville, nous avions vue sur des taules. Les fils électriques à nu dans la douche ne sont pas rassurants. Les moisissures le long du lavabo non plus. Roof top hamac introuvable, porte fermée. Cependant super accueil et parties communes au top. Petit déjeuner super.

First of all look better when you book and before making ironic comments. You have seen the photos of the Junior Suite that costs two times the room you booked and the terrace with the hammock is a part ONLY of the Junior Suite. Nowhere is written that there is a shared terrace or hammocks in the rooms. You have booked a room in a guest house not in a 4 star hotel. It seems you wanted to pay a guest house room and have the services of a 4 star hotel. There are no electrical wires exposed in the shower. It's the emergency alarm switch. Ask before assuming and sharing information that are not true! I TOLD you that the fridge is not plugged in because of the noise and that if you wanted it you could plug it in yourself, but I don't think that you were understanding me or listening to me.

Une expérience unique que je recommande. L'accueil est chaleureux et bienveillant et l'hote vous accueille comme si vous etiez de la famille. De plus, l'établissement se trouve a côté des musées et des restaurants. Vous n'avez pas besoin de votre vehocule, tout se fait a pied.

Très bien. Nous étions 3 adultes. La chambre était correct et propre. Juste le petit déjeuner qui est un peu léger. Pour une nuit afin de visiter le site d’Olympie… Parfait !

All rooms are more or less the same. The only different room is the Junior Suite, but has more than double price of the standard rooms. Maybe you saw that photos.

Exceeded my expectations
I was pleasantly surprised at this little find. The owner greeted us personally at the door and even carried our bags. The hotel was modern and comfortable. Had a little community space downstairs that would be great for chatting with other travelers. The location couldn't have been better. We parked on the street and walked to everything.

The host, Damiano, is very helpful and engaging, and keen to point out its his house for you the guest so make yourself at home. If you asking about the quote in the breakfast lounge he may tell you his life changing story. Breakfast was perfect and Olympia site10 minutes walk from guest house. His tip to visit the beach at kalogria, was great, definitly the best beach in Peloponnese; 4 mile of golden sand and perfect condition for swimming, thanks Damiano

The hotel manager was very accommodating to our schedule. The location is very close to the archeological site and all the restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Perfect stay for exploring Olympia
Had a really excellent stay here in room #8, the suite at the top of the hotel. From check-in with Damiano and all the helpful information he provided (as well as being friendly and funny) to breakfast, and the guestroom with its own private rooftop terrace, crisp linens and equipped kitchen, and its proximity to the Olympia archaeological site, everything about this was perfect! Glad we spent two nights here instead of just one and took Damiano's advice to visit the archaeological site and museums in the afternoon, once all the day-trippers have left for the day. Would definitely return and book room #8!
