"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

"We had a delightful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jessica! The building and grounds are amazing. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Dinner at restaurant onsite was also very good. While out of town a ways we enjoyed the 40 walk and climb up to the old walled city."

"Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views! The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines. The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out. The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. "Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...
