"I would 100% recommend this Hotel! We felt very welcomed and relaxed! The only inconvenience was a blonde waitress at the main restaurant, which was very rude to us. But outside from that, the staff was very helpful and nice! Great hotel."

"This place was ideal for us as we wanted to be in the old town and the hotel is charming. We stayed in a medieval room in the annex. The little courtyard in the pictures is a tiny shared space so not really somewhere you can use. The breakfast is a real highlight with a great choice of cooked to order food. "Sauberes Zimmer (zumindest im Hauptgebäude modern ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend), Geschirr beim Essen allerdings nicht immer ganz sauber und teilweise noch nass, Auffüllen der Mini Bar nur auf Nachfrage und mehr als 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden nie aufgefüllt. "Overall, a good hotel, but small details could make it top-notch. No bottled water available at the bar or in the restaurant. This is usually a given whilst abroad, bottles could be filled up, but this would look mental as a couple with 3 1.5l bottles each daily. Room was nice but nothing in the mini bar."

Hotel didn’t respond to email re airport transfer- no one there when we arrived despite arriving during specified time . "Incredible experience and wonderful staff and driver. I highly recommend. You will not have a better experience than you will here. Right in the middle of Old Town, super close to everything (within 4 minutes of the main old town area which has restaurants, shopping, gelato, access to the port (further down), and I highly recommend.
