"The service provided was good and the chalet was absolutely wonderful. Parking was free and close to the chalet. If you have a car it’s only a few minutes away from Santa’s village and the city of Rovaniemi. Taxis are readily available for those who prefer that. Provided the sky is clear you’ll likely see a lot of aurora borealis. Bring warm clothes, because the temperature was between -10 and -29 celsius during our stay."

"Nice and quirky place which felt like an arctic museum. Good breakfast, great wifi, friendly staff, close to walk into town, airport shuttle picks up and drops off in front of hotel, clean & safe. Highly recommend this place and especially if on a budget."
