"Best hotel ever! Everyone that works there is angelic! And the beds and pillows and views and pool and gym…. I could go on. But the help there is even better- like seriously!!!! Only thing to keep in mind is to get to the pool kinda early if u want a chair. Otherwise there’s a waitlist. Worth it though! "
"Really nice hotel in a really nice area. Great coffee in the room. We loved using the hotel bikes to get around.
Parked on the street because even with metered parking it was $6/day (on a weekend) as opposed to $35 they were charging (meters are on 8am-10pm so remember to set your alarm every 4 hours).
Overall, our stay was great EXCEPT for one thing. The fact that their pool has been under renovation for several months and NOWHERE on their website or on hotels.com is this mentioned left us...

"It is across the street from target field so incredibly convenient for a twins game. If you can’t get tickets, you can sit on the 18th floor, observation deck, and watch the game from the hotel!"

"I absolutely loved my The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis downtown. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, my room was beyond amazing. Water pressure in the shower was great and I saw no signs of mold. The carpet was well vacuumed, no crumbs. I woke up in the middle of the night, super thirsty and remembered there were complementary water bottles in my room. Plus the hotel was extremely aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant smelled amazing. I’ll be staying...
