"The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning. "Our stay was fantastic! Communication with reception was great, and the unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and we loved having the use of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was excellent - right downtown and close to the train station/bus stops/restaurants/shopping, but the unit itself was quiet. Our only issue was that the unit was quite warm and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heat/turn on the AC, so information about that...

"The room was clean and well equipped. Parking was steeps away and very reasonably priced for the 2 nights we stayed. The location was perfect with everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The only negative was that it wasn’t the quietest location with a loud bar across the street and homeless shelter next door. "

"Beautiful apartment in the centre of town, what’s not to like.!? ❤️ it was keyless entry and I had a little trouble getting the code on my IPhone but the girl at the other reception was so helpful and was able to sort things out for us and even followed up with a couple of messages to make sure that we were fine.! Definitely stay again and brilliant customer service. I don’t know the girls name or I would mention it here for some recognition.! 👍👍👍👍"
