"We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. What we did not know was that it was a handicap room, which was not something we needed and, had we known, we would probably have turned it down. We did not partake of their breakfast, but had bought some items and used both the fridge and the microwave oven.

"Although your place was fairly cheap, and you accommodated a late check in /out, we believe the customer service was highly lacking. Amenities that were listed were missing, very dirty kitchen and bathroom, door was hard to lock/unlock, WiFi was not clearly stated, uber was not accessible, no curtain on back slider for privacy. Would suggest updated a few of these things to future guests."

"The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
The location is good for walking to the train station, the bus station and to shops.
However, there are many stairs to enter into the building. The staff assisted with the luggage on check-in and check out.
