"Room was clean and well equipped, staff friendly, check in straight forward. Only complaint is the area around the hotel can be a little loud but otherwise ok."

"Great location. Next to Queen street train station, Buchanan street, George Square and much more. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with laundry, dishes, and toiletries. Could have a few more amenities to make it more comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no elevator and there are several flights of stairs. Not ideal for people with mobility issues."

"Lovely wee apartment with great views over the countryside - we would book again if we are back in the area."

"apartment was not clean, items in the sink, discarded cigarettes and bird droppings all over the balcony, unclean items of glassware in the kitchen. The bathroom ceiling had collapsed, with water pouring in from above. I did raise this with maintenance and they did repair it, however before that there was no debris so they had clearly cleaned up the plaster mess and then left the hole and leak unrepaired before I contacted them. The flat is really noisy, with a nightclub enveloping the rear (and...

"Beautiful cottage for 7 nights, everything provided in the fully furnished cottage. Allowed a later check out due to no afternoon bookings without having to request. Would highly recommend & would stay again next time I’m in the area. "

"The washer/dryer did not work. I messaged the property twice, but they never responded. I had to find a laundering service, and I spend a lot of time and money to launder my clothes. Also, the property was filthy!! It's been 10 days, and the property still has not responded to my messages."

"The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning. There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. After about two hours of going back and forth by email, they finally told me to use the panel on the boiler to adjust the room temperature. As someone from Thailand, I’m not used to dealing with a giant boiler connected...

"Nice little apartment extremely well located. There is a train that runs just under the property, but it was not that bad to be honest. The apartment was spacious and had a fan which helped a lot in the little mini heatwave we had here in Scotland. The host was very accommodating and helpful I would stay at this location again."

"It was a nice property and comfortable for us. The owner was quite helpful and provided the amenities when we asked. He was also kind enough to drop us at Glasgow central."
