"Nice hotel in general but they need more experience. They don't clean the room unless you ask for it. They gave us smaller room than that I book until I discuss with them this issue then they change it in the next day. Some of the staff are helpfull and the others not. The rooms are very small (smaller than they write in Expedia). The location and view is very nice. They have beside activities like rafting and zip line."

Le matériel utilisé pour la rénovation et de bas de gamme. Malheureusement, mes draps n'étaient pas changé à l'arrivée. Par contre le personnel est très aimable et serviable. "We stayed here for a couple of nights during our trip to Trabzon/Rize area. The bungalows are newly built, rooms are very clean, the views are stunning. The recessed lights around the bed and the jacuzzi gave a really nice touch. Mehmet and Fatme were very helpful and extremely courteous and personable. We needed an extra bed for our 2nd child and they kindly provided one. Breakfast which is included in your booking is home made and fresh. Even the vegetables are locally grown. We wish we knew...
