This was absolutely the filthiest hotel I have ever stepped in! As I always do when I go into a hotel room, I pulled the covers back. There were food crumbs on the sheets. I walked around and did the same on the other side and not only were there food crumbs but also a dirty sock! Apparently, someone just ‘made the bed’ after the previous people had left. The toilet had the ‘sanitized’ paper around the seat, but yet there was hairs, urine, and stool on/in it! Toothpaste spit on the faucet. Hair, food, spill stains of God only knows what. This was a king suite! And not just one, but we made them give us another and it was just as filthy minus the sock! Absolutely disgusting!! Did not stick around for ‘breakfast’! Would not recommend, nor return to this hotel again!

The room was spacious, and I liked the sink being separated from the shower and toilet area. The beds were soft and comfortable, and our room was quiet. We enjoyed breakfast as it had several warm food options. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt like they were happy we were there, and they recommended several local options for dinner. For the price, location, and the pleasant experience we had, I would recommend choosing this hotel for your stay in Ardmore.

It is difficult to find the entrance as the street is closed that GPS suggests to use. Once we figured that out, we had a great overnight stay! Great breakfast before we left. Our room was fine for two adults and a child. Welcoming and hospitable staff.

The first room we were given smelled like a dirty wet rag. The room we ended up staying in smelled a little stale but tolerable. All high touch surfaces are supposedly cleaned but everything was really dirty/dusty. I had to clean everything with my own disinfecting wipes. The walls had stains and the edges of the restroom had pink bacteria. Our toilet flush came off from regular use. We stayed for 10 days yet only got housekeeping once, in spite of me requesting it from the front desk daily. Our room was only tidied until, I believe, the manager showed up. The towels we received had holes and stains. My child accidentally burned her arm from the waffle iron. The lady working at the breakfast buffet was kind enough to try and help. I asked the front desk for a first aid kit, and was told they did not have any and can only offer band aids. This is definitely an OSHA violation. The free breakfast buffet was mostly microwaved and transferred into a heating dish. We didn’t get to use the indoor pool as it was dirty with bugs and leaves. What was concerning is that one of the exterior doors that requires a room key is broken so anyone can just come in and out. We expected to get what we paid for, but this experience was just way below our expectations. The manager and lady at the breakfast buffet were the hotel’s only saving grace. I booked this hotel by mistake, thinking it was the same one we stayed in before. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.

This was our first time to stay here and it will not be the last! Our room was clean and stocked, the breakfast was very good for hotel food. The staff checked often and restocked food as needed. We didn’t use the pool but did go check it out. The pool and area appeared clean. Next trip we will remember our swimsuits!
