"Would 100% recommend this hotel. Convenient location only a couple of mins walk from the ferry port but also far enough that it feels calm and secluded. Views from the rooms and restaurant/breakfast area are amazing, overlooking the sea. The whole place is very clean and well maintained. Staff are universally lovely and helpful! "On previous trips to Italy we never figured out the whole beach thing. The public beaches we went to were frankly disappointing. This time we paid to stay in a beach front hotel and got our own umbrella. The hitch was, this is a water front hotel without a sandy beach. It had water access via a pier and the swimming was actually very nice. The umbrellas were on a nice little lawn. We just didn’t get to rub our toes in the sand. The view was wonderful. The breakfast was great. We sipped fancy cocktails while in our swimsuits. Life was good."
