A fuir

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 4 personnes et 3 nuits. A notre arrivée, la personne à la réception nous a indiqué qu'il n'y avait pas de chambres réservées à notre nom. Après discussion et avoir montré notre réservation confirmée par Hotel.com, elle a reconnu qu'il y avait un problème. Elle nous a orienté vers un autre hôtel et nous avons découvert qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel faisant parti du même groupe mais de qualité très inférieure et bien plus éloigné du centre peu recommandée pour les touristes et pour le même prix. Après discussion avec la responsable des réservations, elle nous a proposé un rabais à prendre où à laisser et a disparu coupant toute discussion. Au bout de 3h30, et la nuit venue nous avons accepté une nuit selon leur proposition et pour les 2 nuits suivantes nous nous sommes débrouillés par nos propres moyens pour trouver un autre hôtel.

La atención fue buena, cortez y atenta. Mantuvieron la limpieza diaria del dormitorio. Cuando hubieron horarios que cumplirse, siempre estuvieron atentos para apoyarnos. Hay algunas cosas por mejorar.
