Lovely hotel, a little north of the City. Great staff, huge rooms. Really good coffee at breakfast. The view of the Volcano in the pics must be from a drone, the best view is next to the elevators on floors 12 or 14.

Wonderful hotel, but the spa was closed which was a bit of a disappointment. The breakfast was like heaven. I have been to 92 countries and I have never had such a nice breakfast

The hotel was lovely, clean, modern, spacious room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the young man who helped with taxis and bags. They couldn’t have done any more to help. The hotel is a little way out of town but it’s only 10mins in a taxi to the main square and about 10soles/£2

Great service and great property. from the moment you walk in feels welcome and from front desk to security and room service staff are all excellent. Especially in their dinning room, great team with great manager Gloria, she is supper friendly every time and always make sure customer's needs been met at all time. Restaurant food is also great. we spent 7 nights there and highly recommended this hotel in Arequipa.

It's just inside the City Center but far from places tourists would want to visit, so definitely budget extra time to get to attractions. No shopping or other dining options around the property. Isolated place. Just a tiny coffee shop next to the Clinic. Okay if you are on a business trip but not otherwise. What I liked was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including Amador and Jean Carlos and Max. Not so great - I asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call for my Colca Canyon Tour and got a 1:15 am wakeup call.
