Tv in camera che non funziona Riscaldamento molto rumoroso. Ho chiesto di andare a correre in palestra, ma il portiere la mattina mi ha detto che non erano ancora le 7. La palestra si trova al piano inferiore ed'è insonorizzata. Incredibile tutto questo se si pensa che ero li per un congresso medico di importanza nazionale.

Close to autostrade

This is a great hotel if you are passing through the area. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is above average. We liked it enough three days later when we passed through there again we stay there a second time

Durchdesigntes Hotel mit gravierenden Mängeln

Ein toll durchdesigntes Hotel mit einigen gravierenden Schwächen. Viele weisse Möbel gepaart mit anthrazitfarbenen Fliesen erzeugen eine eher kühle Athmosphäre, die im Sommer vorteilhaft sein kann, im Winter/Früjahr aber ungemütlich wirkt. Das Grundprinzip guten Designs ("form follows function") wird an mehreren Stellen verletzt : 1. Extrem dunkle Gänge mit ausschließlich blauer LED-Beleuchtung erinnern eher an eine Gruft als an ein Hotel. 2. Rechteckige Toiletten und Bidets passen nicht zur Form des menschlichen Gesäßes - schlanke Personen müssen aufpassen. 3. Der eingebaute Fernseher ist für heutige Verhältnisse zu klein und die Bedienung anleitungsbedürftig. 4. Die Entfernung der Steckdosen zum Schreibtisch ist nicht Laptop-tauglich (über 4 Meter) 5. Keine Kofferablage vorhanden Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant (à la carte) war gelinde gesagt eine Schande für die italienische/toskanische Küche.

What a beautiful hotel.

What a beautiful hotel. Probably one of the best hotel I ever been. Clean, beautiful design, good breakfast, spa, internet, 10 mins from Arezzo in a quiet and relaxing place. What most impressive it's that the price is cheap.

The most modern hotel in Arezzo

The design and the furniture are inspired to the 70's. Predominant color is white. A lot of leds instead of direct lights. Rooms are wide and clean. Bathroom is very comfortable. Breakfast could be richer (and less sophisticated in my opinion). Restaurant does not cook local food, but it has a fabolous menu. Located just in front of the highway entrance, but not noisy at all. If you are in Arezzo for tourism reason, I don't recommend this (best to stay in city centre and forget your car). If you are there for business reasons or if you want to organize a business meeting, this is the place to be

Only for business in my opinion

It is a very modern hotel, with white color furniture, minimalist design and cold lights. Rooms are confortable, wide and cleaned. Breakfast is rich and with a lot of variety. I would not recommend this hotel if your aim is visiting Arezzo town and Tuscany. On the other side, I would sincerely recommend if you are there for business (in front of the highway entrance/exit but not noisy at all, big car parking, restaturant inside, wifi connection, all business conforts are there)

Very modern, clean hotel with very comfortable beds. We are a family with 2 teenagers and got connecting rooms (one with double, one with two twin). The hotel is a little out Arezzo itself. The only downside was that the restaurant was rather expensive for dinner, however we did find a lovely local restaurant (Casa Cecco) about 2 miles away.

Punti di forza di questo albergo sono la posizione strategica all'uscita dell'autostrada ed il design accattivante della struttura. In particolare, al momento della prenotazione avevamo timore che l'architettura fosse un po'troppo estrema, ma una volta inseriti nel contesto ci si abitua subito e la si apprezza per la funzionalità. troppo caldo

l'hotel appare come una via di mezzo tra una fabbrica ed un ospedale. Nelle camere il sistema di condizionamento/riscaldamento non permette una regolazione adeguata. In camera non si può leggere a letto in quanto non è prevista nessuna luce di lettura. Il servizio per la colazione del mattino è effettuato da personale incompetente.

Hotel d'affari

Hotel di recente costruzione, improntato al design e con una forte personalità minimalista. Se piace il genere, l'albergo è pulito, le camere spaziose, il ristorante ricercato. Tuttavia, non lo consiglierei a chi si appresta a soggiornarvi per visitare Arezzo, i suoi monumenti e i suoi dintorni. Meglio un B&B in centro città per passeggiare al tramonto e perdersi tra i vicoli intorno alla piazza de LA VITA E' BELLA. Se invece siete ad Arezzo per lavoro, è sicuramente la location migliore, la più confortevole, la più veloce da raggiungere da / per l'autostrada
