"The hotel and staff were great. The lobby smelled strongly of chlorine because the pool is right there and the doors were open but it did all smell very clean. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only complaint was that the bed was VERY squeaky, any movement made the springs creak. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of items. I would stay here again. "

"hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. "

"After check in our Tv displayed a message that said “scrambled or weak signal.” Reporting this to the night shift clerk was pointless…. She said “ there is nothing I can do about this. We don’t have a maintenance staff at night,” Not the answer we were looking for!!!! She did not even offer to call someone. Upon checking out the matter was discussed again and was told by staff “ yeah we can’t do anything about tv issues!” Will not stay there again or with this chain. I’m switching back to...

"As a world traveler and a professional clinician, I've never felt so unwelcome or judged. Front staff had horrible attitude. Brutal service, like I was doing the most severe injustice by checking in and paying them. Judged because I had a service dog. The room was very broken down. Truly disappointed. "

"We moved from the area over 25 years ago. We were coming back for Easter and read some of the reviews and was skeptical of staying. We walked in and were greeted with two very friendly staff. The room was clean and we loved the larger fridge. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet only because we were off to a family members house for breakfast on Easter but my husband got coffee and said it looked good. Checking out we had another two very friendly staff members. I would stay there again...

This must’ve been the oldest room in the place and the lock didn’t work. They had us right next to the compressor room so all night long we heard that thing turning on and off.
