"The location was good and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The one negative was the shower was a very high step in bath tub which we were not aware of which was not the best for someone who had recent hip surgery. I don’t believe the pictures clearly showed that situation."

"The hotel had a grand ballroom, elegantly appointed where they served breakfast. But the view of the whole room was destroyed by the palm fronds 46 that they had that were almost 10 foot tall and took away from the beauty of the room. I understand that they had them in there for some privacy, but they did not have to be so tall that you could not see the whole elegant room. "Great location, super nice staff. Small but very serviceable and clean rooms. Elevator was broken when we were there unfortunately and the hotel was super apologetic and wanted to give a discount, but couldn’t because it was booked through Expedia, which was a bummer"
