"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence.
Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking.
Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...

"Overall a great place for sporty getaway! Also the breakfast was great and the spa was very nice. Only thing that didn't go well was with the payments. I was accidentally charged three times for my stay and did not get a reply to my emails for a week nor an apology for the inconvenience. "
