"The hotel was overbooked and no one reached out to me or notified me of this problem. Upon arrival the hotel employee tells me that she has emailed me in Expedia and personally no such email or message existed. It took 45 minutes to get validation that she was canceling my reservation. I then had to find another hotel and pay double the price. Very poor communication and customer service."

The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...
