"A great place to stay in downtown DC, easy to find and they have their own underground parking. This is an older property, but it’s in great shape. You can tell they keep on top of maintenance items and don’t let things get scruffy looking. I’ll book here again the next time I need to stay overnight in DC."

"I booked a room with a city view and was given a room in a separate building from the main hotel. The building was run down, not clean and felt like it was moving because the elevator was right near our room and very old. The building, itself, was not good quality. When I asked for a room with a city room they said the hotel was over booked. Room was clean, bathroom was very old. Bed very comfortable. "

"The staff was very helpful. We arrived after one in the morning and they still offered us dinner in the bar downstairs. The bar had a great selection of wine and beer, plus spirits. The food menu was limited. The hotel parking was underground and very tight, but still fit my mini van. "

"We stayed at the Hive for 5 nights. The staff were all very accommodating and professional. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location is walkable to Georgetown and also the national mall which was convenient. The hotel area is very safe and quiet at night. The rooftop Hive bar was very cool and also having a pizza place on site was great for snacking. Additionally the offsite parking that was available to hotel guest was nicely discounted and in close proximity. All in All we enjoyed our stay at the Hive and would definitely return. Highly recommend."

"My go to hotel when visiting DC. Convenient location on foggy bottom. Walking distance to the metro, restaurants and 2 grocery stores ( rooms have a full kitchen) . Property is always clean and people are friendly. Area is safe and quiet for a large city."
