We were tired and not thinking straight, but the young man was patient and explained everything. We were confused as we had to pay on arrival but money had already been taken off the account. "This hotel is a very good standard and was difficult to fault. Very efficient owners and great staff. They have a great restaurant on site and is first class. Kevin, the maitre’de deserves particular mention for his professionalism and great personality. The menu was in French and did need some explanation and their english wasn’t great but again, not really their fault. "We booked this hotel as we were going to a gig at Luxexpo and it is right by the tram line. However, it worked really well for the rest of our trip as well. It is in a good location, being right by a tram stop so easy to get to anywhere. It is quiet, the room was comfy and breakfast was very good. The bar does some very nice cocktails. The staff were good and friendly. It is also easy to get to and from the airport. We would definitely stay here again. "
