The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. "No hot water and not super friendly when i inquired about it. I chimmed in when a staff member was commenting on the complaints of no hot water anf oyher things so i thought i should just let thrm know i was one as well. Other then that it was fine"

"Great staff - very friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Pool and gym were a huge plus. Room was large and comfortable. Across the street from sesame place, couldn’t beat the location. They also had coloring at breakfast for the kids and afternoon cookies, which were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again "
