Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel should invest in better kitchen utensils (pans, tissues, cutlery).
The staff should check the room before check in to ensure that rooms are completely clean and in proper conditions. We had a slight issue with our room with a small animal leaving behing some waste but were immediately assigned another (better room).

Off the beaten path in Filandia
If you are looking for an off-the-beaten-path location, this is it. It is in the middle of other farm lands, quiet, and spacious.
The property is well kept, safe, and offers exactly what we were looking for during our trip to Eje Cafetero, quiet time, rustic and nature location, good service, affordable, and close to Filandia.
The staff was great and welcoming. They had a welcome drink and a bonfire in the evening, as well as bicycles and a pool to be used.

Selina should remove their brand from this place
Paper walls allow you to hear your neighbor's conversation.
Loudest mattresses ever. Just turning around in bed sounds like a honeymoon. Worst sleep we've had in months.
Deluxe room had cigarette butts, a plastic cup and a jar with some liquid in it on the balcony.
The shower had a huge ball of hair clogging the drain.

Loved the surrounding lush green countryside, and the daily walks into town (2.5 miles). The staff was over-the-top friendly! Our room, on the second floor, had a private balcony with chairs, and a hammock for relaxing. Lacking a filtered water station, and water in rooms is not potable.
