"The hotel is next to a very busy loud road. Parking is minimal. When we went to use our keycard to get in the back door, it was already open, not secure, when I asked the front desk about it, they just said, “yeah, it’s broken”. Staff was very nice. Elevator sounded awful, we took the stairs after that 1st ride. Very thin walls. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The staff gave me 2 rooms instead of 1 I booked which was good and the breakfast isn't as advertised but decent on the go on the listing the room has a weird smell but it was decently clean. But the hotel itself was hard to find at the adress there wasn't a faibridge sign it was located in the Beaumont hotel."

"Not the greatest stay; 5 nights 6 days. Went to check in at 6pm after a 21 hour drive and no one at the desk. Had to call and wait about 10min. Elevator was “stuck” and the front desk person was gone fixing it. We were given a 3rd floor room and we had a few bags so we got in the elevator just once and then never again. It was unnerving to be in an under serviced/old rattling elevator. On my last day, it had gotten stuck with individuals inside it. Fire crew and EMTs came to rescue and treat the...

"Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...
