"Check in was not good, front desk girl was not as friendly as I would expect. And also, all of the front desk trolleys were taken up with boxes and supplies for the hotel. The front desk clerk told me I needed to go up to one of the upper floors and get my own trolley. Or she told me that she would unload one but it would take a while because she was the only one there. The lady before me just unloaded the boxes from one of the trolleys and took it. Then when we got to our room the hallway...

"We had stayed at this property previously. At that time it was in need of some TLC. This stay, however, the property and staff were definitely much better. I do recommend that you keep your doors locked. We have travelled for work for MANY years, 30 years to be exact, and I have to say that this was the first time that a member of the staff opened our door while my husband was sleeping.
