"The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the pool area is stunning — easily my favorite part. I loved relaxing there with a drink, but service was a real letdown. The bartender was missing when I wanted one, and we had to chase down staff for everything, like pool towels and even a hairdryer that wasn’t in the room. The location feels pretty isolated too. I loved the fact that I could text Reception brought it into the modern age instead of calling every minute I loved how easy it was to arrange a driver, I found the experience very luxurious and will definitely be visiting again next year! "Not a 5 star. I checked in when the entrance was a bit hectic. The staff tried to be pleasant and was accommodating. Room was quiet and comfortable to sleep. The pull out bed for my 15 year old was on the thin side but I did not ask for a pillow top since only 1 night spent."
