"Very clean and comfortable property. We stayed with two kids, and the separate room with a tv was nice to have. The front desk staff especially was outstanding. A refrigerator in the room would be nice, but the staff was very gracious about storing food in the refrigerator in the check in area, so it was no problem."

"Was only staying over 1 night but this was such a nice stay! The staff were extremely warm and good vibes, the room was clean and very cute, the aircon was extremely welcome in after the 32°C days, generous pillow allocation and nice breakfast. The location is also excellent for the centre of town, of course, and there is a baggagerie which is nice if you want to walk around Vieux Lyon after checkout/before travel. Ended up sad that I wasn't staying longer but will definitely come back here next...

"Le personnel était plus que gentil, serviable, hyper sympathique. Un des meilleurs services que j’ai reçus dans un hôtel. Par contre, la chambre était plutôt vielle. Fenêtre qui n’ouvre plus, quelque moisissure dans la salle de bain. Bain douche étrange (ma tête touchait au plafond). Mais super bien situé et je me répète. Le personnel était parfait."
