"Desde que llegamos el personal se portó excesivamente amable. Nos dieron una bebida de bienvenida mientras esperamos la habitación con upgrade con vista a la ciudad. El restaurante es muy bueno y el desayuno mejor. Es de esos hoteles que cuidan los detalles y lo hacen sentir a uno como que estuviera en casa. Sin duda me volvería a quedar allí."

"We were in Toulouse during the dreaded 2 week canicule. The hotel was cool and clean and staff were helpful, letting us park next to the hotel in the pedestrian zone to unload and load our luggage. In the heat, walking 10 minutes to the parking lot would have been a challenge with all our luggage. It is in an interesting part of the city, but sadly it was too hot to explore. There is an elevator and breakfast was good."

Very disappointing stay 👎
The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations.
The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax.
We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

"I chose this hotel for its location, within walking distance of train station, airport shuttle and city centre. OK for a night but in hindsight I would have paid more for something better.
The room was pretty bare bones and there was mould in the shower (on the ceiling) and the shower curtain needed to be replaced.
The staff, however, were super helpful."

"The hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional! The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The room was quiet - no airport noise. Air conditioning was adequate. The location was close to the airport as well as a large, modern shopping mall, with E. Leclerc being the largest store. The mall also has a food court, with a nice variety of options. It is about a 10 min walk from the hotel. The shuttle to the airport is provided free by the hotel and is very punctual.
