"We stayed 3 nights due to attending a training course at the nearby RSL.
Our room was very comfy # enormous bed, squashy mattress (in a good way). Room had iron n ironing board, and folding luggage rack in the wardrobe.
Room also featured a small desk, plusa hairdryer in the bathroom vanity if required. Shower was excellent!
Bistro downstairs had great specials, all staff very friendly. Check in at the bar took mere minutes, all very well organised.

"When we arrived and went to the room , it was filthy and unfit for occupation. We told the staff and they sent us to a clean room and had no further problems with our stay. good location , good breakfasts. just disappointed our stay started off as it did."

"I wanted a hotel by the Sydney Airport. I thought 4/5 was a good enough rating to stay one night before flying out. I was so wrong.
We checked in and headed to our room. Such a sterile hallway that seemed almost like a jail. Worse, the hallway reeked of Marijuana.
Room smelled overly perfumed and I thought….well at least it’s clean and this perfume is the cleaning product. But the carpet which was a weird memory foam looked like it had never been cleaned. The space of the room wasn’t...

"The whole hotel experience is ordinary. Breakfast was ordinary, some barely warm. The restaurant menu was not particularly interesting - but the pricing was incredibly expensive. We decided bar snacks and they were fine, but again ordinary. Honestly the hotel feels pretentious - and needs to upgrade its product across the board to meet the expectation."

"Really clean and comfortable room. Staff were very helpful. Good price and great location. I was staying by myself, but I felt really safe. The pub is a bit noisy, but that is to be expected and the noise died down before I went to bed. The nice communal area with tea/coffee and toast/cereal and a share library was a bonus.
