"Our first visit to Tenerife and this hotel was marvellous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, we paid for the larger patio with pool on the patio - this was cold which was a little disappointing. Though there is a tap to add water, most of the time it only offered cold/cool water. The pool may have heated more on other patios that received more sun but ours was in shade except for a 1-2 hrs/day. Close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, nightlife and there is a long boardwalk...

"Lovely place for its rooms, balcony, swimming pool and staff. Their chlorine levels are suspect and caused ear infections in both our children, and their WiFi is problematic. If they can rectify these issues, along with a better breakfast, it would be somewhere I’d be happy to return to. "
