"I did not like the breakfast choices. Everyday same items & staff wasn’t attentive most days. No fresh fruit, no eggs, no hot cereal…I would’ve enjoyed more choices. There was only 1 staff member (short hair, piercing) that was friendly and attentive. All others seemed bothered to be at work!"

"Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The duplex apartment was very clean and equipped to a very high standard. It had everything you would expect and more including t bags and coffee, fresh water, toiletries. The only thing to be aware of is the top floor apartment has small windows and sloping roof but I knew I was booking a top floor Paris apartment. "Excellent apartment, reasonably priced, clean with very friendly staff. After 11:00 pm, difficult to reach back to the hotel. One has to take Uber. Cleaning was to be done after 6 days which should be done at least after 3 days. I give 8 out of 10"

"Séjour bien passé cependant, la veille de mon départ j'ai demandé à l'agent de nuit de me réserver un taxi pour le lendemain à 10h30 pour l'aéroport d'Orly. Comme convenu le lendemain je vois une voiture arrivée avec un jeune qui n'avait rien d'un taximan, quant à la propreté de la nvoiture n'en parlons pas..., en mettant une valise devant côté passager il casse une roue d'une valise sans même s'excuser, ... et il nous dépose dans le parking des particuliers, prétextant que l'emplacecement...
