"L'hotel merita 5 stelle per la posizione, vicina alle mura e in una via molto carina piena di ristoranti e un mercatino locale. La struttura pero' non e' un tre stelle (almeno per gli standard italiani) perche' non offre servizi da giustificare cio'. Non dispone di ascensore, le stanze sono piccole e un po'datate e non c'e' il frigorifero in camera. La nota bella e unica e' che dalla camera si vedono le mura illuminate. "L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"Room was satisfactory, parking was good. Shower was not powerful but did leak onto the bathroom floor easily meaning it was very wet. Smart TV in the room but I was told by a member of staff these were unable to be connected to the internet so I was unable to use any of the smart features which was disappointing."

"We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcome. The location was amazing as so close to the station and shops as well as the lovely canal. The walk to the Medieval City was only 25mins and the hotel was on a quiet street. We were made to feel so at home, with cold water and drinks available at all times. We were very well looked after and breakfast was amazing. We will be back and will be recommending to anyone heading to Carcassonne."
