No hair dryer, old food in the fridge. Place seemed clean but those were issues for us. Additionally, there was one guy on staff and he was not helpful. Had to drive an hour for a blow dryer

Customer service was excellent at the front desk and restaurant. I cannot say the same at the spa, the lady there was short and not very helpful.
