"My favorite place to stay to still be close enough to downtown to take advantage of the co-op and restaurants and galleries yet not close enough to deal with all the traffic and hustle and bustle. I will always choose this place over staying on Cerrillos! We also got the best sleep in the most comfy beds! Staff very helpful and sweet and the vibe was so peaceful. As Always. ❤️"

"The property itself was great. Loved the history, the art, the amenities. Lobby was a very busy place regardless of the time of day. The room was exceptionally clean.
The problem came when 10 minutes (literally) after we checked out I realized that I had left my bathing suit in the bathroom. I called the front desk who was less than helpful, and they immediately dumped me in the housekeeping lost and found voicemail. I then returned to the hotel and was told by housekeeping that everything...

"Beautiful hotel but under construction so we checked in and our room was 10 steps from that front desk in another building. We couldn't do happy hour, see the spa or gym or if there were any restaurants. Our room was nice but driving behind the building to park was something too. We will give it another shot once construction is done."

"The room was clean and quiet. There is a daily parking charge which was a surprise for this level of a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing.I was at this hotel for five days and it never got better. I skipped the free breakfast on the last day and went across the street to the I Hop restaurant. I found the potatoe dish that was served to be especially bad. The buffet needs fresh fruit and not the sorry, bruised ,tiny apples that were in a bowl. Also one of the elevators was out...

"The ambiance of the Hotel St. Francis was lovely. The staff were so cordial and helpful and always available. The mattresses and bedding were heavenly. Slept well - felt like I was enveloped in a cloud. One minor thing was one of our windows would not shut all the way and we used tape to hold it together. Also I understand the lighting at the sink was unique decor for the southwest vibe but the lighting at the sink mirror could be better. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
