"Seems like new or recently updated facilities. Helpful staff. However, Air conditioning unit (behind louvered door in sleeping space) was loud to the point of disturbing sleep when cycling on."

"Suite was pretty clean and spacious. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is a nice addition to the hotel amenities. I would just say that it would be nice to have maybe one additional option for coffee creamer. It was all free, so not a complaint. Street noise was bad though. But overall, great hotel. Would stay again, maybe on the quieter side of the hotel."

I go into the elevator to go to my room and I was afraid that it was going to get stuck on us every time we went in it or would fall because how slow and load it was going up and down plus the other elevator is out of service which says something god only knows how long they’ve been checked and...

We tried calling the front desk multiple times for instructions how to access the wifi and never got an answer."

"Very large room with comfortable beds. Room came with small kitchen that was nicely stocked with the necessary cooking and serving items. Downside bathroom shower seemed small as compared to the room. Overall, a very nice stay."

"Upon arrival we learned we would not be getting the king bed sofa bed suite we reserved and paid for. We got a double full bed. They were out of king bed rooms. They would not let us cancel or get a refund, so we were stuck. We had a horrible night. There wasn’t enough room for our family, the beds were uncomfy, and the carpet did not look vacuumed. The toilet paper holder was broken. Poor water pressure. Also all night we woke up to shouting, and pounding footsteps. We will not be staying...
