Staff were great, but overall, a very poor delivery for the price. We chose this Hyatt because it was more expensive than other local area hotels and assumed it would deliver based on the brand and price. It failed to deliver. Felt like the exact same delivery we could have gotten for $100 less a night."

"1 bed mattress was broke down on 1 side. Pillows were flat and hard. No ice machine available. The staff was very friendly. You could hear loud sounds from room above us."

"Breakfast was very poor. They used plastic utensils, there were no plates or forks to use. People were having to eat their breakfast such as scrambled eggs, bacon with a spoon in a bowl. This is not the standard expected in a Hampton Inn hotel. They should never have run out of utensils and why do they use plastic utensils rather than China/proper cutlery. This was not acceptable. "
