Breakfast staff very accommodating and breakfast nice and adequate with fresh cooked eggs and small buffet."

"Loved ALOFT Miraflores! It's wonderful location, the hip and whimsical interiors, the well-appointed rooms, great breakfast and, importantly, staff such as Arron at the Front Desk, who was friendly, very helpful and knows some of the best food joints around town. "Our first room was facing the restaurant area and you could hear the music from the bar. We asked to be changed to another room less noisy, and the hotel changed us to a room on a lower floor facing the street. I don’t know which room was more noisy. The staff was not accommodating. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend it. The room were very noisy."

"Elizabeth and her team, from check-in to cleaning to breakfast are fantastic. They worked hard to make me feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent . Elizabeth does a great job. The location is fantastic - just a street or so back from the malecon . In a perfect location in Barranco and also walkable to Miraflores. The only thing , and nothing to do with the hotel , is to be a bit careful late , late evening if walking. I'll be back . "
