"Hotel Desertica is one of the nicest hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. The location is 10/10, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are unique and luxury. My wife was ill for a day and the staff prepared off-menu chicken soup to make her better and provided local medicinal tea, which really helped. We had to change hotels due to availability but was so unimpressed by the alternative that we returned and spent the rest of our trip at Hotel Desertica. 5* all round!!"

"There’s a market right across the street to buy water / groceries. You go down a block & a half to the main stretch where there is restaurants (they accept credit) and lots of little shops. The shops are cash only. Cute rustic hotel with friendly staff. If your tour is early morning, they will give you a sandwich and juice box to have later. "

"Such a nice place directly on the Calle Caracoles with everything around. The hotel has a great atmosphere with a wonderful outside lobby/chill area and pool. Staff was very helpful with recommendations, airport transfer booking and storing luggage while being in Uyuni. Definitely recommend!"
