"Had a bit of a stressful start because I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and it was non-refundable and couldn’t be changed. Luckily, Kristen was amazing and helped us sort it out. She was super kind, patient, and really went out of her way to help—really appreciate her!
The room was clean and comfy, and the hotel feels pretty new overall. Breakfast was great too, lots of options. Also met a lady from Hong Kong at breakfast who was super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience...
