"The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again. "
"A nice hotel with great location of Lastarria neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Relatively safe area to be at because there’s plenty of security walking around for everyone safety. Lots of great small vendors at night across the hotel. Do be prepared to pay tourists prices in the area. I would gladly go back to this hotel again. "

"I would like to commend whomever was working the front desk at 4am Sunday 7 September. Due to an overnight flight, I made a mistake and didn't actually have a reservation until 2pm that day. Although there were no rooms available she let me catch a few hours sleep on a couch in a lower level lobby. She also prioritized cleaning a room for me and I was able to check-in at 10am! I was so sleepy that I didn't catch her name, but I want her to be recognized for going above and beyond with customer...

"La Reeve was as a little bit home. The hotel was small and very homely, not having a formal dining chairs was a little strange but added to the feel of the place. The honesty bar was excellent as well as the afternoon snacks. Jose the reception guy was brilliant but the night porter was not particularly friendly, especially when the other staff at the hotel were so good. The outside courtyard was exceptional and the gardens were maintained with an obvious passion. Thank you for a great stay."
"Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. "

"Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at."
