"One of my all time favorite hotel resorts. LOVE the koi ponds throughout the property, the parrots and of course the black swan that is a full time resident among the Koi. Location is PERFECT. Walk out the lobby and BOOM….everything you could ever want is right there. Staff is amazing, property is exquisite! We go every February"

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort is gorgeous with plenty of space to lounge at the pool and beach. We celebrated our honeymoon at this resort 30 years ago when it was the Americana, and returned for our 30 year anniversary. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. Great experience! Highly recommend this resort!!"

"Overall was great! Pools were the cleanest I’ve seen at any resort! Few disappointments: room although great location could use updating, especially the shower and tub. Ordered room service one night and it was not good at all. Informed front desk the following day but nothing was done about it and we were not even contacted about our issue. Very expensive considering the daily resort fee so it would have been nice to have at least had the opportunity to talk about our room service experience. Sunset grill was a beautiful experience, we enjoyed dinner there twice. Hoping management will reach out regarding our few issues. Thank you! Natalie"

"Loved the direct access to the beach. Cabanas are limited as everyone wants them…have to reserve at 6am to get one. Beach activities are next door, great for those who love water sports, etc. Buffet was great! Restaurants’ quality is ok… wish the food choices would have been greater!!! Because of the high demand for restaurant seating, staff is a little overwhelmed and thus service is suffering."
