"This is our favorite hotel in Aruba, we always get the ocean view King. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and they have the best beach on this property, hands-down. We were a little disappointed. That half of the pool was still empty because of the new tower that was being built but next time it will be full again."

"The staff was very nice. We did not get adjoining rooms as requested; however, the rooms were right on the beach as promised. The beach was lovely, loved the coffee shop, bar, and dinner options. I did not care for the buffett lunch."

"This was my 7th visit to the Divi All Inclusive. Was disappointed in the breakfast meal. I had to wait in line for coffee, only 1 machine for all the guests. Come on, mostly everyone wants coffee at breakfast! There used to be pots of coffee available. Also, had to return my omelet 2x, wasn’t cooked, wrong ingredients. I know it sounds petty but we pay a lot of $ to stay here! Otherwise everything else was fantastic, the lunch, dinners, and drinks. We were able to get dinner reservations at all of the restaurants. The meals were top notch. Room was clean and staff were always helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The room was very clean staff was very friendly. The restaurant were insanely overpriced compared to other areas close. And there was a pollution smell for two of the 6 days we stayed although it was not very strong and we are aware this is something out of their control. Overall it was an excellent experience, I jus recommend to not plan on only eating at the restaurants at the hotel unless you want to spend a small fortune."

"Fantastic Breakfast. ASK for server WILLY (he's amazing). WILLY filled us with his unconditional love and sunshine!! My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. It was amazing watching the three of them interact on 'facetime'. Go see Willy when having breakfast at the PALMS for breakfast. Tell Willy that 'white chocolate' sent you!
