We arrived at their 4:00pm check-in time and had to wait 45 minutes for them to hand us the wrong room key. They had us walk all the way over to the Sea Tower located at the far side of the property. We opened the door and there was an old woman inside the room already! Very unorganized and untrained staff!!! They offered hotel credit to make up for their mistakes. But we lost an hour and it was already too late! Bad management!!

For an older hotel this one holds its own against all the newer ones along palm beach but it probably has the best beach, pier for water sports, and best location of all of them. We had such a fantastic stay in Aruba for 5 days for a quick anniversary trip, we will definitely return in the future!

The manager Fransica helped with getting the king bed room instead of 2 doubles for my husband and I. She was super courteous and aware of our needs. However, our stay was frustrating due to the exit door right by our room. It was not working properly so all you heard all day and night was people fighting with the door to open it. Very loud and extremely frustrating!! Maintenance was advised on several occasions but issue lasted the entire 7 nights of our stay. Vacation relaxation taken away.

Exactly what it should be. All inclusive and not all inclusive options are available. The resort is right on the beach with convenient food and drink options. It’s close to lots of dining and shopping. The staff is friendly. The only issue we had was that out first room was facing an outside bar/night club that had loud music playing until 2 am. The staff was able to move our room to the other side of the building which resolved the problem.
