"The property is beautiful and very well maintained, both in the public areas and our room. As many people note, the service can be particularly slow at times, but overall the service was great. We were on the all-inclusive package, and my wife and I both enjoyed the food at all the restaurants. "Needs better food"

"We loved our stay. We had a couple of bumps but in part the staff tried to make it right . Our first night we had dinner on the patio. It took us almost 2.5 hours . They took forever with getting our food after ordering . The next day they brought to our room some fresh fruit as an amenity. The staff is and was SUPER FRIENDLY. Always willing to help . Here are just a few names. Maria from housekeeping , Dany the server, De la Cruz (bellboy) Luisa (concierge) among many . Wonderful people....

"It was very neat and well maintained. Nice amenities, great pools. Only drawback, they don't have enough umbrellas available on the beach and also it sits in 2 rows where the back row does not see anything of the ocean they way they have to set up the umbrellas."

"The hotel was very nice. The beach was fantastic. The Casino is very small. Remember when visiting Aruba that when you go out to eat/drink, when you get your bill there is a "service fee" of 15-20% on top of the bill. This is the gratuity. We learned after we were there for three days that we were double tipping because we did not notice this. This is at about 80% of the restaurants. Also, it is well worth it to go on the pirate ship snorkeling ship at Moomba beach, those guys are AMAZING!!!!"

"I liked the swim up bar and the beach being so close. Unfortunately they fell short for cleanliness around the pool and allowing cups/dishes to pile up. They also allow guest to come down super early in the morning and put towels on chairs and then not attend the pool all day till late afternoon but you’re not allowed to take their seats, so therefore they run out of chairs super quick and you have nowhere to sit. Housekeeping avoided cleaning our room 3 days in an row and the sign wasn’t on...
