Great place to vacation, it was my first time in Aruba & no complaints at all. The room was cleaned daily, always an open bar somewhere and if you want to do any excursions they have booths in the hotel. The beach is great too

We had an amazing time at the Riu. The food, drinks, all the staff (especially Sola who was so sweet and made the best coffees) and most importantly the beach were phenomenal!!! It was great to be able to use the facilities next door too. We can’t wait to visit this beautiful island again!!!!

Well I didn’t necessarily have a full ocean view it was more of a partial ocean view than anything however the staff was helpful and all other was as expected

Attentive and friendly staff from the reception, to the bartenders, to the maintenance. Everyone was more than willing to help and had a friendly demeanor. We tried each restaurant and bar more than once and always had a great to exceptional experience. Pools and beaches very well maintained. Easy access to the night life and surrounding points of interest!

Moment we came in we were welcomed with champagne and a little appetizer, which was awesome front desk. Girls were amazing and welcoming. The bar is right in the lobby grab a drink while waiting for a room. The room was amazingly clean, except for the hairdryer decided to die day two of our stay the view from the room was nice very spacious. Overall, the whole entire hotel was amazing. Restaurants Krystal was our favorite,casino the beach the atmosphere environment it was relaxing time.

I love everything about Rui Palace. The staff were very friendly and pleasant! The rooms were very nice and spacious! The beach is Crystal clear, clean and blue. The food is delicious and they give you plenty of Food and drinks! I would recommend Rui Palace for a great resort to stay while vacationing in Aruba.
