"We went there for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Hotel is 5 min walk to eagle beach.We book dinner at passions on the beach! Dinner was actually on the beach romantic and view was amazing! We did a couple of excursions too such as horse back riding and nature pools with Indian caves with ABC tours and it was so much fun! "

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was reasonably priced, but was consistently served lukewarm. There was also a lot of construction going on around the property and many roads were subsequently closed. (There was lots of construction going on all over Eagle Beach). "The location is great, right in the middle of the Palm Beach Strip, easy to walk anywhere. The pool was so nice. Staff were super friendly. We were in a non upgraded room, and I would never do that again, the first room was terrible, not the cleanest and so old and falling apart, they moved us to a different room which was better, but still not one of the upgraded rooms. "This location was about a 20 minute walk from the cruise port in Oranjestad. Within a 7 minute walk you’ll find a few restaurants such as Barefoot Restaurant. The property itself is not maintained well. When I arrived there, I noticed multiple locations on the sofa where hair from the previous guest was left. Dried toothpaste as well near the soap dish. Mold on the shower curtain. Dust and dirt in the corners of walls which means the floors are not swept or mopped. My lysol wipes were dirty...

"LaCabana resort is beautiful as is Eagle Beach. Would recommend staying here to anyone especially families heading to Aruba . The only thing I wasn’t happy with there was only two hand sanitizer dispensers by the elevator and only on the first floor, should have been on all floors. Also one of the hand sanitizers was empty all week and the other one only gave you a small drop of sanitizer . I reported it to a few different people but nothing was fixed .
